I have PTSD. When I first started Tai Chi, I dealt with rage. Small things would set me off. I was dangerous because people became targets. I would not recognize who my own family members were. I felt no pain. In one fight my leg was broken, but I did not realize it. Tai Chi has changed me for the better.

During my twenty years of active duty in the Marine Corps I was an assistant close quarter instructor (assistant to an officer). Tai Chi is part of my WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action). I became a WRAP facilitator as part of my training to become a Peer to Peer Counselor.

I want to bring the benefits  of Tai Chi and the WRAP to others
